2 Day Shipping

*2 day shipping in which your parcel will arrive to you within 2 business days.

Express Shipping

*Your parcel will arrive in 3-5 days for orders placed before 1pm Central time.

* If order is placed after 1pm it may arrive in 3-5 business days .

 Next Day Shipping

Your parcel will arrive the next business day for orders placed before 1pm Central time.

* If order is placed after 1pm may arrive in 2 business days .

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and APO/FPO 

*Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and APO/FPO addresses can take up to 10-15 business days.


 Where is my order?

* Please check your email and voice mail to confirm that your order was not held for verification.  If your order was held for verification please follow the instructions for verification located in the footer (the bottom) of our site under important information.

* Your order will be delivered by FedEx and may arrive anytime between 10am and 8pm. An adult signature confirmation will be required at point of delivery.

Orders where billing address and shipping address do not match are subject to customer verification, which can cause a delay in shipping.

 * You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

 * Please allow up to 24hrs for tracking info to update in the system.

 * If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, FedEx will NOT leave your package in your mailbox or on your porch. It will be taken back to your nearest FedEx center and they will attempt to redeliver the next business day. They’ll leave you a note to tell you when they will attempt to redeliver.

 * Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next business day.

Before contacting us, have you tried:

Tracking your package on the FedEx site

Check your mailbox or front door for a delivery attempt notice.  Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a FedEx location or you may need to arrange redelivery.

*Call your doorman or leasing office to see if they may have accepted the package on your behalf.

*If you still can’t find your parcel, please email or phone us. Please have your order information ready.

Delivering to Alternate Addresses

*We can deliver to your billing address or an alternate address. However, orders with different billing and shipping addresses are subject to further verification.


Can I Amend my Delivery Information?

*We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.


 Order Verification Process

*Orders over $500 and orders with different billing and shipping addresses are subject to verification.

 *You will be required to send us a copy of your government issued ID with the following statement. Please make sure you write or type the information below on a sheet of paper, place your ID on the paper, and SIGN it.


 Verification Letter


* I (Your Name Here) authorize this purchase on (date), from Myextensionz.  I authorize My Extensionz to charge my credit card ending in (last 4 digits) for the total amount of (enter the total of your purchase including shipping and tax). I would like for My Extensionz to send my order to (Enter Shipping Address)

*Once you have completed the verification letter you can either email or fax our customer service department the documentation.

Shipping Delays

For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of FedEx. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust FedEx to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.   


Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via FedEx to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee FedEx charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.


Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately 877-577-3830. We will contact FedEx right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending FedEx's investigation findings.
