We are a widely recognized, international beauty company looking for a unique candidate to fill an immediate opening in our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work independently and also be an active part of our close knit team. We are looking for someone who can multitask in a fast paced environment. At times there may be a heavy volume of phone calls and you must be articulate and very comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person. A professional appearance and demeanor is very important. The person who fills this position will have the ability to thrive in a small casual work environment and still maintain a high level of professionalism. We are looking for a full-time individual.

Ongoing job duties will include (but not be limited to): answering phones and customer service inquiries, processing and preparing orders for shipment, data entry, administrative support and greeting visitors and customers. 
Occasional travel and tradeshow attendance will be a necessary part of this position.

Job Requirements: 
1) Retail and/or Customer Service experience 
Experience w/ heavy call volume 

2) Ability to learn quickly and multi task in a fast paced environment 

3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
4) Meticulous attention to detail and ability to carry an assignment to completion 

5) Strong work ethic & solid work history 

6) Verifiable references
